Residence Inn Denver City Center

I loved the facility, I was there to celebrate my best friends birthday and it was an awesome room! I guess we had a hose disconnected to the fridge that made noise a lot but I thought it was an automatic sink thing. Then the next morning there was water all over the floor so I called down and they came quick to fix it!

The fact that their website said nothing about not accepting Chime or Venmo debit cards. That was a huge inconvenience that I had to navigate through. The fact that the leak was there and that parking is $46 which is crazy…

Important Consideration: Parking The parking garage fee ran about $\$44$ a night. While this is a standard rate for downtown Denver, it's an important cost to factor into your budget.

Constant noise from aircon on wall all through the night..complained and nothing done. Booking.com also ignored emails.

Great hotel, welcoming and accommodating staff, super nice rooms and breakfast is solid!

Everything! It was like having our own little apt for our stay instead of just a room. Security levels made us feel safe. Kitchen was supplied with everything needed and the whole suite was very clean.

The ice maker was not operating, maybe the level bar was up making it seem full. Didn't think to check that, but there was no ice. A small dresser would have been helpful so we didn't have to dig from our suitcases.

As Residence Inn properties go, this one is pretty good. Nice downtown Denver location, about a 10 story building. Negatives: Lights. There are just not enough or bright enough lights in the room to work. Meh: Breakfast is nothing to write home about, pretty average for this chain.
