I didn’t like the condition of the bathroom in the shower. It looks a bit old and also the hairdryer is very old and bad quality.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location.

My stay at Hotel Borj Rabat was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The man at the reception was not welcoming at all and made me feel uncomfortable, instead of being valued as guests. The room smelled very bad, which made the stay even more unpleasant. I specifically booked a room with a queen bed, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two small twin beds. I was assured that the housekeeper would come to join the beds together, but nobody ever came, and they simply vanished without solving the issue. For the amount I paid, the quality of service was absolutely unacceptable. The staff seemed careless and unprofessional, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend everyone to look somewhere else unless you want to have a bad time.

The location and the people care and sympathy were simply top quality. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very big, and the beds are excellent.

For 2 days in a row, I had to call the lobby to request towels as the cleaning ladies went to do the daily cleanup, took the old towels and forgot to leave new ones. I believe on a 5 star hotel, is something to check. The meals (lunch and the dinner) are far from a 5 star quality hotel. The price is in fact compatible with the stars, but the diversity and honesty, the quality is a medium range hotel, and I believe is a negative point that the hotel should analyse. I did eat much better food outside of the hotel.

Locatie is prima. De kamers zijn iets verouderd maar nog steeds prima. Het personeel doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken en ze zijn zeer vriendelijk.

Niets viel echt tegen het personeel is heel behulpzaam.
