Very nice staff, beautiful resort, good food

Rūpestingas ir paslaugus personalas. Švarūs kambariai. Golfo laukai prie pat viešbučio. Saugi aplinka.

Maudantis jūroje rekomenduočiau naudoti maudymosi batus, nes daug koralų.

Номера обновленные и приятные. На этом все. Некоторые официанты были вежливые и парень что помогал с чемоданами.

Этот отель на 3 звезды. Нас заселяли 2.5 часа, хотя мы приехали после 16.00. Персонал вообще не заинтересован в гостях и не приветливый. Питание ужасное, все жирное, грязно, я брезговал там кушать. Пляж ужасный, купаться там невозможно. Я знаю что говорю, так как это третий отель у меня на Маврикий и есть с чем сравнить.

Beau resort avec de jolies chambres et de belles installations Front de mer très agréable Propreté impeccable de la chambre , merci Ansha. Les restaurants sont assez variés et les soirées organisées sont plutôt bien organisées Possibilité de manger au restos du Telfair Le Spa est également très bien Merci surtout à Nicolas, Niven, Olivier, Djamel et Dodo pour leur sourire et leur chaleur pendant notre séjour

Pas d attention particulière dans la chambre (mot, corbeille de fruits ou autre), assez étonnant pour un 5 étoiles surtout que nous venions pour des occasions spéciales. On est arrivé plus tôt et on a attendu notre chambre tranquillement. Mais On a oublié de nous dire qu elle était prête, un peu dommage surtout vu le long voyage parcouru et le fait que je sois enceinte , je me suis endormie sur un transat. L’offre au déjeuner est un peu restreinte, très peu de plats « poisson » et le service peut être parfois long La nouvelle femme de ménage avait rangé un sac dans un autre sac la veille de notre départ, donc situation délicate car on ne trouvait plus le fameux sac

Genel temizlik yemekler iyi değildi en azından fiyatını hakketmiyordu. Restaurant garsonları dışında personel güler yüzlüydü.

The location of the resort is superb. Right on a beautiful beach and a few minutes by shuttle to a fabulous golf course. All staff are relaxed, but attentive and focused on ensuring you feel welcome. The selection of drinks and food is excellent and the setting of the restaurants is great. Having breakfast with a view of the sea really kick started the day.

Our air conditioning took a while to get right, but this was minor as we have stayed before with no issues.

This is the kind of place that is out of your dreams. From the moment you step foot in the hotel until the moment you’ll leave you feel pampered, welcomed, as part of the family. The service is impeccable: almost all employees take complete responsibility to make your stay the best one yet. Food’s great, kids club fantastic, room beautiful, beach gorgeous, the heated family pool amazing. We’ll try to come back as soon as possible!

Lack of towel racks in the room. If you’re looking for a massive all inclusive resort, go somewhere else, this one feels small, homely and has not much great party entertainment.
