The property urgently need maintenance. the mattress, sofa, and water tap show signs of wear. The main concern is the difficulty in unlocking the main door, making it challenging for our group, and in case of an emergency, we could be stuck and on top of that, the property is adjacent to a restaurant. Consequently, our clothes absorbed the lingering smell after a night, as we didn’t open any windows throughout our stay.
MYI think it should be the best hotel I can reach in pulau ketam .and the staff is very good , the aircon is very cool ,
The ktv equipment especially the mic having some problem. But still acceptable
