Best hotel on the island of Corfu.I recommend it

Clean hotel, nice receptionist.

Two things: The main problem is the w/c and the shower are in the bedroom so there is no privacy for your ablutions! It’s as if the hotel couldn’t afford to build a bathroom wall and door! I warn any couples it’s a romance killer and any travelling companions that don’t particularly want to share their smells, noises and nudity (unless that’s your thing of course!). We arrived late and the friendly receptionist informed us that the bar was open until 11pm so we were looking forward to a nightcap having been travelling since 4am. Unfortunately the man at the bar was much less welcoming and very rude. He ignored us as we walked up to the bar, he kept his back to us while cleaning down the coffee machine and was clearly packing away for the night. He eventually asked us what we wanted as he was closing and when we told him we’d been informed the bar was open until 11pm he asked us what the time was!!! What a joke! So I had to inform him it was 10:00pm, as if he didn’t know! He was not happy, really incredibly unwelcoming and clearly just wanted to go home so we just went to bed very upset ☹️ We come to Corfu a lot and are always looking for good hotels but I’m afraid this will only make it onto my ‘last resort’ list.

Wunderschönes Hotel

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und der Strand nahe zum Hotel ist nicht wirklich schön

Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war gut mit tollem Ausblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dass der Pool im Dezember geschlossen ist verstehen wir. Allerdings gibt es gar keine Sitzmöglichkeit draußen in der Sonne. Bei 18 Grad und bestem Wetter fühlt man sich wie eingesperrt. Auch das Spa inkl. Sauna, die grade im Winter toll wäre ist komplett geschlossen. Ein Hinweis auf der Webseite fehlt. Man kann im Hotel zur Winterzeit also rein gar nichts machen... Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gut aber die Qualität nicht. Das Rührei war flüssig, der Bacon steinhart und die Croissants trocken. Insgesamt ist das Hotel ok aber unserer Meinung nach kein 5 Sterne Niveau.
