I booked this hotel through Booking.com, choosing a payment option that indicated a specific price. I added my card during the booking process and was under the impression that the payment would be taken according to the booking conditions. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I had to pay for the stay either in cash or by card at the hotel. The staff explained that the hotel does not charge the cards provided during booking because there have been cases where guests used cards belonging to other people, and the cardholders later disputed the charges with their banks and requested refunds for stays they had not personally attended. While I understand the reasoning behind this policy, this information was not sufficiently clear at the time of booking. As a result, due to a less favourable exchange rate at the time of payment, my stay ended up costing approximately £50 more than it would have based on the exchange rate when I made the reservation. Although the hotel charged the same amount in euros, as someone who earns and pays in pounds, I incurred an additional cost due to currency fluctuations. Upon entering the room, several bugs ran out from underneath the bed. I took photos after killing them. Unfortunately, their remains stayed on the floor for most of my stay. When I asked for the floor to be cleaned, I was told that housekeeping would not be available for another two days because the system showed that my room had already been serviced. It is true that I declined housekeeping the day after my arrival because the room was still reasonably clean, but I did not expect this to prevent staff from responding to a cleanliness issue that I had specifically reported. Throughout my stay, I also regularly saw insects in the room, including on the ceiling when I woke up in the morning. The breakfast was also very disappointing.

Lo único bueno que tiene este alojamiento es la localización.

Las fotos no tienen nada que ver a como es en realidad. La habitación es pequeña y los muebles y puertas viejos y dañados. La ventana que da al balcón tiene cerradura pero no funciona, con lo cual provoca bastante inseguridad a la hora de dejar ahí todas tus cosas e irte. Las ventanas del edificio están llenas de suciedad, es imposible ver a través de ellas, solo están limpias las de la planta baja. El buffet de desayuno bastante escaso de variedad, pero pasable.

Le personnel est très accueillant

Localización. Cenas temáticas. Personal agradable, amable y atento. Sin problema para aparcar el coche cerca.

Limpieza en las habitaciones bien pero se podía mejorar. Un día se les olvido dejarme toallas limpias y tuve q reclamar

La ubicación excelente y para aparcar hay un montón de sitio. El desayuno también muy bueno y variado y con unas vistas increíbles.

La única pega que le pondría, es que el apartamento está poco equipado, faltan cosas básicas para limpiar, fregar… por lo demás todo excelente.
