The hotel canceled our reservation without giving me any notification. The staff member whom we spoke with was not helpful and seemed very spaced out. My wife and I asked if there were other hotels that he could recommend and he just stared at us for a few awkward seconds, then said, "there's a Hilton down the road." I immediately knew that this staff member would not be anymore help, so we called other hotels for availability in the lobby. We ended up staying at the Best Western Midway; it was pricey but ended up working out in the end. The Super 8 looked run down and in disarray. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, it'll be worth not having to deal with the hassle and a rundown motel.

Nada todo pésimo

Todo mal, la habitación totalmente sucia, huele horrible los pasillos, sábanas que te dan o sensación de ser sucias, el baño tenía el lavabo tapado, sucio, inservible y no hicieron nada para solucionar, el personal prácticamente todos inservibles y nada amables.

The price went up extremely high i understand they did some room over but when they give you outdated room the price should not be that high

Easy access to stores

My room didnt have a latch lock on the door. I didnt feel secure. It was broken in half

Booked a room due to extended power outage at home. Room was small for the price and poorly maintained. Other guests loud and noisy. Facility lost power 4 hours after I checked in. Wound up going back home. Was told room was non-refundable. Nothing more than a cheap motel.
