Credit Card / Debit Policy Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay plus $100 CAD to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, and then the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. We no longer accept cash deposits or debit cards at check-in. Payment Policy If you are paying by credit card or have a prepaid reservation, you must provide the card and matching photo identification at check-in. Please note that we only accept valid government id with photo and valid address. (e.g. Driver’s license). We do not accept expired ID or digital ID. Pet Policy Pets are allowed. $20.00 CAD per night on select rooms depending on availability. Refundable deposit of $200.00 CAD per stay. A maximum of 60 pounds and 2 pets per room. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. My family of 6 really enjoyed it here! The room was clean, Spacious and comfortable. The waterpark was awesome! My kids ages are 9-15 and they all loved it! The breakfast was great! Nice and fresh and lots of variety in food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, restaurant, staff

Dated carpets, furniture and lamps being broken. Flies in the room. Rickety fridge with water seeping when opened. Small bathroom with sink outside the bathroom. Only hot water in the shower, no cold water option. The a/c not working, the beds were inclined towards the floor. Overall poor quality accomodation for the price.

It’s an old building with some facelift. Feels dirty and old, if we didn’t pre pay we would have left. Free Breakfast was 9/10 tho! Hot tub was peeling paint and needs to be redone.
