This hotel is at most 3 stars, not 4. Furthermore, it's NOT a resort, just a hotel, which in my opinion is a scam, as we booked it specifically because of the resort aspect. The spa and gym were closed – a complete deal-breaker. Everything was old and dingy, the walls were so thin you could hear exactly what your neighbor was doing in the bathroom – absolutely unsuitable for anyone with sensitive hearing. There was a terrible smell in the room, presumably coming from the bathroom. We had booked a suite for over €200 per night and had to shower in the bathtub, holding the showerhead – unacceptable. the bath was so small only one could be in at the same time. From 10 pm onwards, the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. I wonder how this hotel got a rating of 9. It was the worst stay of our entire trip, horrible. i gave 5 points but for real it would be 1 star. This hotel might be okay as a max 3-star hotel for €80 a night – but that's it.
