• Excellent location. • Nice ambience and overall property. • Friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. • The hotel manager was very supportive and quickly resolved room issues on both occasions. • Good food quality. • We were able to enjoy our stay comfortably after the room issue was addressed.

• The room/property shown on Booking.com was significantly different from what we received upon arrival. • Booking.com customer support was extremely disappointing. I spent around 26 minutes on hold without getting any meaningful assistance. • The same room-related issue occurred again the next day. • Summer humidity was quite high during our stay. • Local transportation is expensive; a 3 km trip can cost ₹200–₹300. Having your own vehicle is highly recommended.
