Wyndham Grand Novi Vinodolski Resort

Completely different than pictures. Staff unhelpful in finding a nicer room when I did make the complaint. Said all rooms are the same. Paid way too much money for what it’s worth. Standard of apartment is about a 2 to 3 star ...not worth 390 Euros per night. There is one buggy for transport around the resort. We were told that the kiddy area had dining options by reception soon check in only to go there and find out that the restaurant has not been open all year. Staff were rude and did not serve at bar when we had to wait for transport back to the room. The waitress said that she had an important order to attend and refused to give two drinks while we waited. All in all completely terrible experience and waste of money. There were a lot of other issues like ants all throughout the apartment, bath leak, phone not working, little tv where there was once a large hanging one on the wall with terrible reception and no offer to change rooms even though the resort was empty and the list just keeps going

The resort was out of this world. The staff was very helpful and very good English.

Pas d eau chaude car le chauffe eau avait était éteint et pas le temp d attendre que l eau chauffe résultat personne n'a pu se laver vu le prix de la nuit c juste pas possible

La struttura è molto grande, ben suddivisa, con molte possibilità di scelta per le varie ambientazioni che propone. Spiaggia, zona tranquilla della spa, zona più vivace e zona bimbi. Molti lettini disponibili anche nella settimana di Ferragosto. La pulizia un po' scarsa, ma lo standard croato è sempre stato questo. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento grande e ben distribuito negli spazi, con arredi nuovi e discretamente accessoriato. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante perché troppo costoso rispetto ai locali fuori dal resort (25€ per la colazione, 35€ per la cena a buffet).

I think that a 4 stars resort SHOULD have adeguate staff to having care of turists from all around europe: really poor english everywhere ,staff if not bored,felt uncomfortable even doing basic tasks (like bringing umbrellas or sunbeds),no one checking whose entering or exiting the pool site. Generally a lack of any basic attention to keep clean and good looking pavements,walking paths,grass spots or get rid of the moss stains around the pool. I don't care to mind high but pointless prices for any extra (parking in house or breakfast to start),because its funny to see how easy is baiting,teasing and tricking people with a targeted ad on big internet sites. Anyway ,flats are nice and cozy but poorly maintened,the "seashore" looks like a dump,but the sea is something AMAZING,the only reason for not having write a worser review

Et super ophold. Generelt er der ikke megen service i Kroatien, men ok. Lækker lejlighed og rigtig gode poolområder. Parkering burde være gratis.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel dans une chambre avec une vue superbe sur la mer et l'île de krk en face. Il y ajuste l'eau chaude qui a manqué pendant une journée.

The hotel is in the perfect location to get away from everything, but also have access to some conveniences. The pools, spa, beach access, and bar staff (Marcus) are great! The rooms, however, REALLY need some updating, maintenance, and some deep cleaning. Like there were stains on the sofa and the grout on the tub needs to be replaced. I would go back after there is some updating. BUT as I said, the pools, spa and beach are amazing!

Every day, (except Sunday) clean towels and cleaning up the garbage. The staff at the bar nearby the swimming pool could be a bit more friendly (some looked like they did not like their job) and they did not bring not everything for the 4 of us at the same time. A couple of times they brought the food and then we had to wait for the cutlery while they where helping others instead of finishing what they started. For little children there is a special beautyful and large pool. The apartment was very nice. Beautyful view!. Nice and quiet. And all the rooms have air conditioning. The park was well maintained. Downside was the steep hills and stairs but they offered a shuttle service (electric cars). Nearby the hotel it is not easy to find something on walking distance rather than the restaurant next door at the beach and the beach it selves of course. A rental car is recommended to go to the nice towns in the area and trips inland.

Mycket slitet och nergånget Hotel. Smutsigt. Bara en restaurang utanför hotellet och förutom trevlig utsikt inget annat att se utan en bil tur. Pooler ok men det räcker inte i en annars sliten miljö. Mycket som inte var öppet tex pool baren som de gärna har foto på när de annonserar. 10 euro/ dygn att parkera. Wi fee av och till ofungerande vilket spec barnen tyckte var tråkigt. Utrustning i lägenheter undermålig.
