11개월 아기와 함께한 가족여행인데 직원분들이 모두 미소로 맞이해주시고 친절하셔서 감사했습니다. 유아베드 요청드렸더니 미리 준비해주셨고 아기가 편하게 묵을 수 있도록 신경 써주셔서 감사했습니다. 숙소가 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었고 조용해서 숙면 취할 수 있었어요. 근처에 광교호수공원이 가까워서 아침 산책하기에 좋았습니다. 조식 메뉴가 다양하고 아기가 먹을 수 있는 음식도 많아서 좋았습니다. 지하를 통해서 백화점에 바로 갈 수 있어서 체크아웃하면서 아쿠아리움 관람하기에 편했어요!

객실이 청결하며 침대도 편안했고 조식도 좋았습니다

전기차 주차공간이 좁아요 3대가 주차하는 공간에 미충전 중인 차가 주차하고 있었는데 양옆으로는 주차가 안될 정도의 공간이서 충전을 하지 못하고 인근공영주차장에서 충전하였습니다 향후 증가될 전기차 고객을 위하여 미중전 중인 차량에 대해서는 지속적인 관리부탁드리고 공간은 3대가 아닌 2대가 충전 할수있도록 되었으면 좋겠습니다
