staff services were good and the location are in the center of the city

this is old building so is the room need to refresh as well for the furniture and bathroom. the breakfast were very limited. need to refresh all items and facility . Expect to have smell fragrance from kutus2 but never find it.

The clean space, smart TV, location close to station and attractions

The traffic outside pretty loud until very late, we have trouble sleeping.

Great spacious room with AC. Nice garden. Good location to train station or Malioboro or some eateries.

Only one plate of asian breakfast wthout the choice although when booking it said several breakfast options. They couldnt make even a toast or give a glass of milk. Drinking for breakfast is only instant coffee and tea plus water nothing else. This was dissapointing for such a price...

The best thing I can say about this place is that it has a good shower place with anti-slip (pebble-tread) floor.

This place is way over-priced and the ‘a-la-carts’ breakast is particularly poor 😩

the ambience was so good, the hospitality of the staff was excellent.
