L'emplacement de l'hôtel et la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain

le manque de climatisation dans la chambre, le fait qu'il n'y aie pas de réfrigérateur, pas de cafetière ( comment peut on être un 4 étoiles sans ces éléments là, partie commune d'un trois étoiles ainsi que petit déjeuner moyen

La localisation, la gentillesse du personnel le très bon petit déjeuner

La salle de bain qui pour moi devrait être refaite trop d'eau partout après la douche. Terrasse sans table et chaise des ronces partout.

"Idyllisch gelegenes Hotel direkt am Fluss"

Freundlicher Empfang. Angenehme Zimmer- und Badgröße. Betten sehr bequem. Idyllisch am Fluss gelegen. Frühstück gut und Kaffee sehr gut. Parkplatz im Innenhof gut.

Temperaturregelung im Zimmer nur über Fenster möglich. Heizung recht warm.

"Bénodet est une ville ravissante"

la chambre était très comfortable. J'avais demandé une chambre avec terrasse qui s'est révélé être une porte fenêtre donnant accès au parking (ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle une terrasse). Il s'agissait en fait d'une chambre personne à mobilité réduite ce qui n'était pas spécifié et dont je n'avais pas besoin.

que la réception ne m'ait pas informé que la chambre était PMR. Ce qui entraine une douche sans rideau et une petite inondation à chaque douche car la pente pour écouler l'eau n'est pas très bien faite.
