"We booked last minute, it was busy, but the staff handled it well."

The Breakfast was good and even though it was busy, nothing was ever empty. They hand shoveled the snow all around my car so that I could easily get my car out.

The water in the shower never got really hot. My only complaint for breakfast is that the hard boiled eggs were frozen.

The room- blood on back of bathroom door and wall behind chair by bed, tried fixing the tile behind door very poorly, bug 🐛 in the bed, traffic and wind was loud, expensive compared to other properties near by

Good for the price. We go to Casper a lot to visit our grandkids. This trip was our first time staying at this Comfort Inn. Our biggest complaint was the TV. The remote was worthless and only worked some of the time. It couldn't change the channels to the goofy XX-X numbers. The only way to change channels was to push the buttons on the side of the TV itself. The breakfast was decent.

"Wont be back"

Room was ragged. Foot stool had a hole, toilet was loose, baseboard was falling off. Staff is rude. Pool door was not working with our key front desk lady said just keep trying it will eventually work.
