Noisy…. I found corn chips on the floor in the room. Our blind wouldn’t pull down had to call maintenance….

Not a bad facility, but the area had a lot of loud cars and a lot of the guests weren’t considerate about their noise levels

Friendly staff, great gym, nice hotel. I like they put fruit water out often. Stylish decor. Nice outdoor seating area. Don’t like the skull pillows in lobby, don’t like the sign discouraging using the stairs. Overall though a nice place and would stay again

Wonderful

Very nice hotel. Comfortable, good location. Not as kid friendly as I thought it would be but the pool was perfect for little ones. Overall great place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel several years ago and had a great experience. However it is in need of maintenance and management. Rooms are dirty, smell like dog poop. Large toenail clipping on the floor greeted us-asked for another room-long story it took 5 rooms to find one that was somewhat clean enough to sleep in-still had hair and dirty floors. The rug by the elevator has large stains and that is how the rooms are-just not kept up or cleaned. One room we went into had a half drank bottle of water for the guest water sitting out. We had booked on priceline so were told they couldn't refund us but could talk to the manager on Monday so we reluctantly stayed. He does not care about the experience we had and refuses a refund. It is a gross hotel-there are many other options in this nice are of Omaha. We will not stay here again!

The staff acted liked they could care less about being there.
