Nada me gustó fuy con mi familia ablamos español y solo por no saber inglés nos botaron del hotel son muy razista yo pondré esto en todas las redes todas las plataformas me cansé latín la reserva y perdí mi dinero por qué no me dejaron entrar

They so rude and bad service and lier first she say just wait 5 minutes the system down then she say I can’t let you in until 3 pm and it was morning time and I need to shower and change clothes because I didn’t make it to the bathroom I need my money back and I hope you change the rude lady
