I had made a booking through Booking.com for me and my dog. When i arrived the hotel refused to honor my reservation because they said they had no record of my dog in the reservation. I had clearly made this note in my booking. The hotel blamed Booking.com for the omission but refused to help in any way. Booking.com was also largely unhelpful and it was not easy to find someone to actually talk to about it or to get a refund. I will not use either this hotel or Booking.com again.
