The facilities, friendly staff, good food The mobile application of the hotel

- Service is slow - Cleaning is not very good - You ask for something and sometimes it doesn’t come, requires many reminders - Coffee machine in the room was not working upon arrival and need to change it - Mini bar in the room was full of ants - the room needs a renovation, looks new online but its an old - we were 3 people and only 2 towels were provided. Bathrobes were not replenished

All the staff were amazing and really made it extra special. Room was very comfortable, facilities were fantastic and food was outstanding.

Car park was a little small with not enough spaces.

I just wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay. The hotel was fantastic! The beach was beautiful and very clean, the food was delicious and diverse, and the staff were excellent and very friendly.

Cellar restaurant buone Le tapas e il Vino. Bello il circolo golf annesso in cui si puo fare colazione lontano dalla ressa e dal chiasso della bruttissima sala colazione principale.

Hotel enorme, caotico, dispersivo, sporco. Mare da 6 ma pieno di sassi. Troppa gente troppe stanze e servizio lento. La prima camera dataci puzzava di umido ed era piena di peli e capelli in bagno..La seconda stanza non puzzava di umido ma era sporca, ho trovato anche una caccola attaccata al muro. Il manager l ha fatta pulire, mi ha regalato 2 bottiglie di vino local ( voto 3) e una cena in un ristorante italiano. ( la spiaggia) Purtroppo il ristorante si e" rivelato disgustoso, poi forse io essendo italiano.. mai mangiato cosi male. Il manager e" stato molto gentile ma non si puo pensare di spendere 400 euro a notte per un Hotel completamente sporco, mal organizzato, senza spiaggia ( se non full of stones) con tutte le Piscine all ombra ( e molto sporche!) e cibo cattivo! Noi siamo scappati dal Costance per andare al Balaclava all hotel leJeden del Benyantree che e' meraviglioso e a cui daro' 10. pur costando la meta' e' di categoria mille volte superiore. ps- Sala colazione principale.orrenda, cibo scadente indiano e bicchiari che puzzavano!
