Hyatt Regency Thrissur

breakfast is very basic , overall experience is poor , no essential at the room , instead of paste there is some tablet given , items missing and no clue .... very very poor not even a 2 star hotel service... water is full of chlorine and having skin itching

nothing I liked except the location , this is close to my meeting place , and good parking facility

Lovely hotel. Bright, airy and tastefully done. Rooms were really nice with lovely views of Kerala landscape. The staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful. The breakfast was not a run of the mill buffet but very well curated. 10 stars for this experience

Clean spacious room; clean and spacious facilities. The staff were courteous.

Operation of the light in the room - very difficult to figure out what switches operated each light in the room. The staff may offer the guest for help, but insisting that they will handle the luggage is not courteous. If the guest wants to carry the bag or bags themselves leave the bags with the guest.

Front desk a bit slow and took a long time to assign the second room which we booked earlier along with other room

Das Frühstück war einfach super, tolle Auswahl. Das Personal hat sich richtig reingehängt, ohne anbiedernd zu sein. Hier passt die Phrase "die Extra-Meile gehen" perfekt. Kein Teppichboden, sondern Holz und Marmor im Zimmer war auch sehr angenehm.
