The receptionist was really lovely. I couldn’t remember her name, but she was the woman with an injury on her left arm.😅

Modern, clean . Excellent location to explore nearby attractions . Fantastic service from all the staffs . Especially hotel manager Yvonne . Went the extra mile to arrange a birthday cake for my mom’s birthday .Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Comfy spacious room with great autumn view of the mountain. Located in a quiet part of furano

Parking area is dark at night. Far away from Furano stn so a car is a must. Would be great if the hotel can install a hook in the bathroom to hang our clothes/towel.

Modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We stayed in a basic room since it was just a stopover but it was clean and good value. I imagine it's busy in the ski season since very close to a couple of ski lifts.

The restaueant just opend, if enough guests have a reserved a day before - ao the restaurant was closed during our stay for three nights. As well the breakfast was not convincing at all. It changed every two days Western and Japanese Style. At Japanese days just very few guess eat there. It was really heavy for Western taste - Very strong fish oil smell. The Lady at reception told, there is no chance for change to Western Style out of turn. Also the Bar were closed all the time and you have buye all drinks including water outside of the Hotel.

The whole ambience of the stay was awesome and great.. There are free laundry services provided. Staff was very approachable and friendly, recommended places for us to explore because we were first-timers.

Bed skin cover was a bit rough for sensitive skin. Cause some slight itched. The room does not come with bottled water.
