We rented 3 rooms for a family trip. Kudos to the housekeepers and designers. It was clean and it looked good. And the front desk staff was helpful. Thumbs down to whoever put in VERY LOUD air conditioners in the rooms. If you want to sleep, they have to be off, and then the rooms get warm. And when those are off, traffic noise from I-10 is noticeable all night. Also, there is no covered area to unload a car and no ramp by the door, just a curb. As it rains a bit in Houston, not having a covered area was a problem in a storm. (And there is a ramp near the entrance but it’s part of a parking space and so it’s blocked any time a car is there.) Would not stay there again just because of the loud air conditioners.

Overall the staff was very polite and the room was cleanish.

The mattress felt like it came from goodwill and the pillows were a joke. My wife and I both woke up in pain.

La persona del counter muy inflexible. Usó una tarjeta de crédito que solo tiene los últimos 4 dígitos y sin nombre por seguridad de mi banco y no me la quisieron aceptar aún cuando les comprobé mostrando el app de mi banco y el estado de cuenta de la tarjeta

There was not a breakfast.

The bed frames were too sharp on the corners and in a tight place we kept hitting our shin bone and legs! Also the smoke/fire alarm up in the ceiling blinked annoyingly all night!

Rooms clean friendly staff

Common area garbages unatended, no coffee maker, microwave in room. Breakfast was horrible, uncoooked sausage. Fake bacon, sausage, powdered eggs.
