the condition of the hotel was close to new. the room was clean quiet well maintained and comfortable. breakfast was good. kitchen area was clean food was warm and tasty. staff was helpful and I got a reciept when I checked our. price was reasonable I would stay again.

"Great place to stay in the Katy area unless you have kids then you may feel cramped in these rooms."

Everything about the property was great, except the size of the room. Amount of power outlets was great!

Size of the room is too small.
