"The housekkeping was poor enough I'd like my almost $200 room charge refunded!"

Location was exceptional! Quiet even though it was next to the airport. Building well designed.

Housekeeping was poor with food crumbs on the hallway floor when we checked in at 3pm and still there the next morning. Bedding was extremely wrinkled giving them an unlaundered appearance.

I loved that the hotel was only 5 minutes from the airport terminal, and they offered a convenient shuttle service, not only to the airport, but to anywhere within a 2 mile radius. The complimentary breakfast was also well-done, and all the staff member were phenomenal! I also liked that there was real hand soap in my bathroom and good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

I got a room with a very creaky bed. It was comfortable and so was the room, but it got real annoying listening to it creak every time I tossed and turned. Everything else was great.
