We stayed at this hotel for a brief overnight. Very close to the airport with shuttle service which was efficient and easy to use. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The only area that could be improved was the check-in experience — the staff felt a bit reserved and could have been more welcoming and engaging. The bottles of water given at check in was appreciated. Breakfast offered a standard selection, perfectly fine for a quick start to the day. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to like about this hotel.

Everything! Room had chemical odors from maintenance work being done in room next door. Ceiling vent taped over to try to conceal the odors - this did not work. This clearly indicated hotel staff knew about the problem. Asked to change rooms and was denied after one night. Was finally able to change rooms after the second night. A common element to both rooms - the hotel used worn mattess pads (complete with holes) as blankets. Selected this hotel as a Hilton and the high rating it received on Booking.com. Totally deceived by the actual experience.

The hotel is so clean and good location of lacrosse place.
