Temperatura albergo troppo elevata, quasi soffocante. Colazione sufficiente non eccezionale in ambiente troppo cupo. Suite familiare Deluxe non adeguata rispetto al prezzo, al 4 stelle e all offerta. Sanitari non perfettamente funzionanti, mancanza di servizi confort all interno della stanza.( Bollitore, caffè, tisana, set bagno, presenza di 4pax con soli due bottigliette di acqua. Letti posizionati in modalità aggiuntiva e non conforme ad un quadrupla. Mancata segnalazione su booking dell importo extra per presenza animali domestici. Costo eccessivo rispetto alla struttura e offerta
