Staff was rude. Charged a $60

Rude staff. Charged $60 "deposit". Was told would be refunded immediately at xhexkout but that has not happened. Room wS still clean with nothing missing. Why have I not been refunded. Liars

"I have to say they was my safe haven."

Peaceful. Everyone their great and willing to help except one person.

I asked if they had a phone I use because I was going through a crisis. I accidentally locked phone and keys in the car. He told me I could go jack in the box or the gas station. I have to say thank God those people willing to help. I am homeless and suffering with depression. I broke down. When the key guy gave me money to pay for another night.
