"Great location- old hotel"

The location front to the harbour. Very quiet with nice sea view

No shower cubicle, just an old-fashioned shower in the bathtub. I slipped my foot through the broken tub. I could have been seriously injured. No apology, no compensation. I was moved to another room where renovations had just been finished and the room hadn't been cleaned!

It was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful

The light in the rooms were very dim. Breakfast could be better, not a lot if variety and the choice for cakes very poor

"Location great but hotel underwhelming"

The location is wonderful and the views are great. The rooms are large and clean

Hotel is very dated and the photos somewhat misleading. The towels were grey and frayed. The pool area was very plain, pool small and dated. Breakfast contained all the necessary elements but also dull and did not alter each day. Room furniture sparse and dated, I would rate this hotel 2.5, definitely no longer 4 star, underwhelming.
