Residence Inn by Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard

The location was good with many restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was fair, not many choices especially fruit. The area is worn and not very well maintained. The entry doors were dirty as well as the connecting sidewalks. The eating areas were small and not bused on a regular basis.Very disappointing for a Marriott property. There is not much to like at this facility.

This Residence Inn is run down, poortly maintained and has not been renovated in years. Do not stay here. As a frequent user of Marriott properties, this is one of the worst I have experienced. This property is living on its name.

The staff was very nice and welcoming to us. The room was clean as requested. We loved the space. It was like a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. We had an end unit, which was lovely. The breakfast was nice. One day, we got downstairs right at the end of breakfast time, and the kitchen staff brought food back out so we could have a chance to eat anything that was left. The outside sitting area is so nice. I liked that area a lot. We enjoyed the hot tub. Overall, we had a great experience there.

We have no complaints about our stay at this hotel. We hope to have the same experience the next time we visit.

We very much appreciated that we had a first floor suite with two bedrooms we love that we could see the pool from our room and our dogs were so comfortable and so welcomed everything about our stay was very convenient and we can’t wait

Comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, decent breakfast. Free parking.

Gas stoves were broken, the bathrooms were old. It wasn't a Mariott standard.
