Not maintained properly. Poor restaurant experience. Over priced

If you are going to NIT then this is a good choice else this is not suitable for anyone else.

It is not value for money. Located in a remote place. The taxi arrangement by them is very expensive. It caused me Rs. 750 to get dropped off at IIT- Kozhikode. In case of emergency there is no point of contact. The food is very expensive and there is no nearby location for alternative food. There is no labelling for Shampoo and Body wash.

Nice location and pleasant stay. Staffs are very friendly and great breakfast. We enjoyed stayed

May be room door locks replaced

Everything was too good. We were lucky to have some tender coconut offered by, probably, the owner. We ordered some french fries and ate them at the beautiful open pavilion in the light of candles It was the waaw moment for me and, for kids, no doubt, the pool. The breakfast was exemplary! Incomparable! The park, the pets, the pool and the pavilion near our cozy room... Thank you so much. .

Initially at the arrival, I just felt a little gloomy as I felt the guy in the reception could be a little more open and pleasant in communication rather than being focused on checking our details. I think whoever is at the reception must be knowing the details of upcoming guests.( name, booking, amount paid). During departure it was all good. Next time I'm expecting a better welcome .

It’s so quiet here, just the sound of the waves. Perfect if you need to unplug for a few days.
