Ambience

Did not get the lakeside/ pond side rooms though I booked for it. There is no water in the pond in summer, so they offered alternative. They should have removed pond side rooms from booking option

Very congested space in room and bathroom. There is a big opening in the bathroom that they mentioned as design. Small insects are coming inside the bathroom. They stopped water in toilets for more than 2hrs due to maintenance without an alternate arrangements.
