Staff was friendly

Our room had a dated heart shaped tub in the middle of the room. Not only was it outdated but the caulking was coming off around the edges. The couch had numerous stains all over it. The carpet had several large stains in different areas of the room. The bathroom had stains around the bottom of the toilet and the bathtub didn't drain well after showering. We requested another room but were told they were sold out. Someone did reach out after I left comments on the checkout survey. She tried to say that signs were posted that renovations were underway. The condition of our room had nothing to do with their renovations. It was gross. That room should've never been available to anyone until it was renovated. Very disappointed. We will not stay there again.

We liked that the hotel was close to our Conference area.

There were roaches in the room, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the toilets were shaking.
