Very well appointed rooms. Full kitchen with great appliances. Great location to ski slopes and amenities. Strongly recommend.

Everything was great until the last night, a rude maintenance worker confronted me inappropriately. I had called the front desk (there is no actual front desk on the property) to see if I could order food in, given that I could not leave the room (small child sleeping in room). They said no problem, they would buzz in the delivery person to have them come to my room. That did not go as planned, and eventually a maintenance worker showed up with a sub and angry lecture that I have to go to the lobby to get food. I tried to explain that I did in fact ask the front desk and he stormed off without apology for his belligerent attitude.

Everything was amazing except a rude and confrontational maintenance worker on Sunday night, which put a bad taint on an otherwise excellent visit. I called the front desk if I could have food delivered at night, but without leaving my room as I had a young child sleeping. I was told it would not be a problem they would buzz them in. But the driver couldn't figure out the rather complex routine expected of him (no front desk exists on the property and the lobby is always locked). Apparently the front desk called the maintenance worker (I did not) who showed up angrily at my door and lectured me that I need to go to the lobby to get food. He was very rude and belligerent.

We like the room for our family, it was cozy. We were happy there was a kitchen, a coffee pot w good coffee, and a washer/dryer. Wished there was 1 more sm washroom, but we did fine.

Great facilities and staff.

Great stay, the place is very well equipped, close to everything and makes a memorable stay with close friends and family!
