Hilton Grand Vacations Club Whistler

Really nice property in a convenient upper village location. Even though renovations were happening at the time of our stay it was managed very well and we were not inconvenienced. The kids loved the waterslide, pool area and arcade. EV chargers could be faster and hot tub a bit cooler but it didnt impact how much we loved the place.

The hot tub facilities, the kitchen and the washer & dryer convenience.

The check out procedures should be listed on the back of the front door - especially about taking out the garbage. Seems like we had to clean up ourselves. The parking instructions weren’t clear or visibly posted. Narrow parking stalls and other visitors in huge trucks taking up two parking stalls.

It’s amazing!! Book it! You won’t be disappointed! The rooms are large,comfortable and clean! The location is super convenient! The friendly staff,pools ,arcade and the store are all fantastic amenities!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was really nice. We loved the decor and layout. The room was a bit outdated and the TV didn't work properly. We liked having a microwave, toaster and plates, cutlery etc. We were disappointed to see that if we were not out of the room by 9:30 am, the room wasn't going to be clean until next day! We wanted to rest and not wake up early. It is the first time we encounter this in a hotel. In other hotels, they come back to clean the room.

Great location, central to all attractions.

Short walk to the Blackcomb Gondola and lines were much shorter.
