The hotel is very nice if you have a car to drive as it's not easy to get public transport. If you drive a car, the parking is in front of your room and the room amenities is very good. Even the hot tub is really good on a cold days.. the hotel is beyond our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay here.

None. All is good and well. We loved our stay and enjoy all provided amenities.

The bathroom was comfortable, the beds were really nice and soft and there was enough room for us both.

The sightseeing bus was a bit of a walk but it was a nice walk

A very unique and fun experience during our visit to the Mt Fuji area. My wife and two teenage children really enjoyed the glamping experience and would definitely do it again!

No complaints

- great location, south side of the lake, just outside the town centre so nice and quiet, easy to get everywhere by walking - LOVED the cabin, so cute and cosy with great facilities, especially loved the firepit/bbq set up (in photo) - if weathers clear is a good view of Fuji from the front of property or on the road right next to it (in photo)

- pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, would recommend you bring your own pillows for a stay here! (but genuinely nothing else to fault about our stay)
