Super convenient location, brought me almost everywhere I wanted to visit in San Jose by foot.

La ubicación es buena, muy cerca al Teatro Nacional

El personal no fue cortés al recibirnos. El agua del baño no calentaba bien (estuvo casi fría para ducharnos en la noche). En la media noche se escucharon personas corriendo y gritando en los pasillos, luego golpes de metal por varios minutos que no dejaban descansar y generaban la sensación de inseguridad.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and the bed linens appeared dirty upon arrival. During the night, we were repeatedly bitten while sleeping, and we strongly suspect that the bedding may have contained bed bugs or another pest issue. In addition, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. To make matters worse, we were charged for a supposedly missing remote control. However, the remote was actually in the room, and it felt as though the hotel was simply trying to charge us extra money without properly checking the situation first. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, the poor customer service, and the unfair charge made this a very unpleasant stay. We would not recommend this hotel and hope management addresses these serious issues.
