Stayed 4 nights. Requested housekeeping a Day 3 & Day 4. They did not have housekeeping available. Kareoke was heard from the room past the 10pm quiet hours. No restsurant on site.
PHNo breakfast included. The bathroom was good, and the hot water worked!
The "person" at the front desk was very rude and arrogant. When asked about the p500+ "guest convenience fee" that was added to the stated total, the reply was "we dont have to explain, you can either pay it or leave!". They then proceeded to bad-mouth me to others in Bisaya, assuming I didnt understand what was said. I did! The TV in the room didnt work, apparently it was "under maintenance". Most of the power outlets in the room didnt work. The aircon was very noisy, and the filter hadnt been cleaned in forever! The room door lock was very stiff and hard to operate. The Room was 3m x 2m, plus the bathroom 2m x 1m. Smaller than my walk-in closet!
It was a pleasant one and close enough to the airport. Just use Grab Ride. Check-in was quick and smooth as well.

PHWe chose not to have breakfast during our stay, but that didn’t diminish our experience. The hotel was conveniently located near a variety of shops, making it easy to explore local products and pick up essentials. Public transportation was readily available, and Grabfood services made dining in a breeze. In just three hours, we were able to visit several tourist spots, including the fish port, Saranggani Highlands, Mindanao State University, and some beautiful overlook points near the airport. We rented a blue tricycle for just 450 pesos for two people, which made getting around simple and affordable. Additionally, the hotel was only a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, which made our travel plans much more convenient. One of the highlights of our trip was the nearby spa, where we indulged in relaxing body massages—perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing. To top it all off, the rooftop offered stunning views of GenSan, providing the ideal spot to take in the city’s beauty. Overall, the blend of convenience, relaxation, and picturesque scenery made our stay truly enjoyable.
It took some time for the staff to bring us the TV remote, and to our surprise, they installed it on our second day. We had hoped they would have set it up before our check-in, so that's an area for improvement. Additionally, there’s no elevator for those with large luggage, but the staff were proactive in assisting us with our bags.
PHLocation, it's near the airport. Yun lng sobrang alikabok sa labas.
No internet at all, TV is not working, I ask the reception if I can connect to other wifi router which they also own, but they won't let me. Never ever connected to the internet. 1st room they gave me the shower is defective. 2nd room yung pinto kinain na ng anay
