Staff at breakfast was rude and abrupt when I asked for help with the coffee pod machine. I did raise this point on my other booking stay feedback but the management response dismissed it but they really should listen to negative customer feedback f they want returning business

The room was functional but smaller than expected. Breakfast was ruined by the extremely rude female member of staff. When I asked her to help me with the coffee pod machine she abruptly pushed me to one side, ranted on in French. I felt like I was in her personal kitchen and she didn’t want me or anyone else in there. It was a shame because we’d stayed there before and had a very different experience but I’m sad to say the staff attitude and behaviour lets it down. The hotel receptionist is managing both hotels so found it a little frustrating when you have to call and wait for her to come from the other hotel.

Secure motorcycle parking and the breakfast was generally of a good standard

Room was very compact as was the bathroom and the most annoying park of the stay was the very cantankerous, rude and ill mannered woman who was waiting on the tables at breakfast. She definitely should not be customer facing.
