Bedroom was a good size and comfortable

The reception team were very inexperienced and bored shuffling key cards to pass time! No variety between the rrstuarants with the drinks menu and the sports bar only had 1 out of 10 draught drinks available including giving cans of Guiness instead of pints and chsrging tge same price !

Everything else, didn't arrive until 2am, said we had been upgraded to a family room, but on the 4th floor, we do not have kids other guests were extremely noisy, kept awake, too late to complain about noise, then mono rail started at 5am every 5 minutes, we were supposed to check out until 12 but vacated room early, not impressed.
