Fantastisk hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Veldig bra frokostbuffet og koselige restauranter utenom buffeten. Fantastisk fint rom og balkong med nydelig utsikt mot stranden. Morgenyoga på stranden, og greit gym. Gode solsenger og servering både på strand og basseng :)

Beliggenheten var litt kjedelig på kveldstid, ingenting å gjøre utenfor resorten. Spaet som var inkludert var dårlig - bare et lite boblebad som heller ikke var spesielt varmt. Ellers var alt veldig bra :)

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Sands Suites Resort & Spa. I've travelled extensively, and I must say that Mauritius is truly a unique country. Sands Suites Resort and Spa made my experience even more memorable. Hands down, it is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. The boutique-style atmosphere creates a charm and exclusivity that you simply won't find in larger, crowded resorts. The views from both the resort and my room were absolutely spectacular. The beach was calm, beautiful, crystal clear and perfect for swimming. It felt very private and is ideal for couples looking for a quiet romantic getaway. From the moment I arrived, all my stress simply melted away. The buffet dinners were exceptional. Each evening featured a different theme, and the variety of food and desserts was outstanding. The quality and taste of the meals were consistently excellent. I'm still thinking about the delicious lychee tart I had! Last but certainly not least, what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. I loved that the team was made up of local Mauritian staff, which made the stay feel even more authentic and special. I enjoyed every conversation I had with them and appreciated learning a little about the local culture whenever they had a moment to chat despite their busy schedules. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They were the highlight of my entire stay. I also loved that the female staff wore sarees as part of their uniform. They looked elegant, and it was wonderful to see the resort preserving a slice of Mauritian tradition, identity, and culture. As someone who travels frequently, experiencing the local culture is exactly what I look for when visiting a destination. A special shoutout to Anoushka, Selvan, Neha, Karan, Vinay, Tanya, Sandy, and (Olivier-from Maradiva) for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I can't wait to visit again!

zum Zimmer: Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. zum Essen: Die Auswahl am Buffet morgens und abends war ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Zudem stand morgens ein Eierkoch bereit, bei welchem man Eier in jeglicher Form bestellen konnte. zum Strand: Der Strand war schön und das Wasser ruhig. Zudem standen ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung.

Allgemein fehlt dem Hotel leider noch viel um dem Preis und einem 5-Sterne Anspruch gerecht zu werden. Obwohl das Personal sich viel Mühe gibt, fehlt es oftmals an Schnelligkeit im Service oder das Ablesen von Wünschen, um sich rundum wohl aufgehoben zu fühlen. Ein weiterer Punkt war die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern. Die Zimmer wirken etwas altbacken, was man vor allem dem Badezimmer anmerkt (Fugen, Abflüsse, etc.). Hier war die Sauberkeit nicht zwingend das, was man sich bei 5-Sternen erwartet.

De service was echt 5 sterren niveau. Ze doen er alles aan om je als gast echt gast te voelen. Niks is te gek. Veel persoonlijke aandacht en veel details die je vakantie onvergetelijke maken. Het eten in het restaurant is echt top niveau en dat voor buffet style. De beste die we ooit hebben ervaren !!

De bedden waren iets aan de harde kant en in de avond is naast een drankje doen bij de bar met wat live muziek niks te beleven. Daar moet je je even op instellen

geheizter pool, schöner Strand, tolles Zimmer und gutes Essen, auch da Personal war sehr freundlich

Hotel auf top Niveau. Die Anlage ist weiträumig und sehr schön aufgebaut. Die Mitarbeitenden sind durchweg klasse - aufmerksam, extrem freundlich und zugewandt. Nichts überkandideltes. Zimmer sehr großzügig gestaltet. Viele Freizeitangebote war inkludiert. Das Abendbuffet war sehr umfangreich und größtenteils top. Frühstück geht kaum besser. Absolut klasse Service fand ich den WM-Spielplan direkt auf dem Zimmer. Alles in alle. absolut empfehlenswert.

Keine Kritik aber ein kleiner Hinweis. Man darf sich Nichts vormachen, trotz Halbpension legt man am Ende noch ein paar hundert Euro auf den Tisch für alles was man so gerne mag - Massage (sehr empfehlenswert), leckeren Wein zum Essen, Drinks am Strand und Snacks zwischendurch. Einzig die Kosten für den späteren Check-out fand ich mit gut 100 Euro etwas zu hoch angesetzt.
