Situation géographie idéale. Gentillesse du personnel Activités proposées (tennis, ski nautique, sortie snorkeling, beach volley ...) Repas diversifiés avec possibilités de tester les restaurants et pas forcément en supplément !

La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement. Sinon parfait.

We really enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool located right by the beach, with a stunning view of the mountains across the water. We would also like to highlight the half-board dining option: every evening, we could enjoy delicious dinners featuring cuisine from different countries around the world. Everything was very tasty.

During our five-day stay at the hotel, we were unfortunately unable to use the water sports centre even once. We were especially interested in trying water skiing, but every time we booked it, the activity was cancelled due to supposedly bad weather conditions. However, on one of those days, after the cancellation, I flew my drone and saw several catamarans and boats operating directly in front of the hotel, including boats taking guests to see dolphins. The sea looked very calm, with almost no waves. Because of this, we had the impression that the water skiing was not cancelled because of the weather, but rather because there were not enough people to form a group. On the last day, snorkeling was supposed to take place, and we had also booked it, but in the end we decided to cancel it ourselves. Still, it was disappointing that the hotel actively promotes free water sports, but in reality we were not able to enjoy the activities we were most interested in. Yes, kayaks and paddleboards were available, but we were hoping for more exciting and larger-scale water sports. We reduced our rating by two points due to the issue with the incorrect bill and the situation with the water sports centre. The incorrect charges were later removed by the staff, but it was still a slightly unpleasant moment at the end of our stay.

Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat eine familiäre und friedvolle Atmosphäre. Kein Wunsch ist zu unbequem. Immer ein Lächeln. Top Service, Kleinigkeiten die große 5* Anlagen nicht können (zB eine eigene Zeitangabe fürs Zimmer putzen und turndown). Für uns war es ein echter Traumurlaub, hier wird ganz viel richtig gemacht. Und wir hatten Abschiedsschmerz - wir sind schon einiges weltweit rumgekommen, dies ist die Perle die selten zu finden ist.

Wir waren Anfang Mai da - windiger und kühler als erhofft. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts .
