Quiet and a block from a police station

They called me at 8:30 am the morning of checkout to confirm a late checkout. This ruined my day, I ask for late checkouts because I need the sleep

Location was convenient

Dark (decorating and lack of light), stains all over carpet, something sticky on vanity counter, patches all over the walls, outlets not secured.

The layout of the room and bathroom area were different than the norm. It felt more efficient and ergonomic. Everything seemed designed for comfort. It was very quiet too for the location,

I expected a breakfast but there was only coffee.

Right next door there is a restaurant that had the very best breakfast! The bacon, eggs, and pancakes stand out. The room smelled clean on entry, not chemically, the towels were nice, BR mirror was big, the AC was quiet and did not wake me when it turned on and off, bed was comfortable.

Could have had an extra light over the full length mirror, some extra outlets for cell phone power cords, and a faster flushing toilet.

Property needs updating pretty badly

The location of our room was in a good spot,nobody by us at all.

We had issues with the tv throughout the night with freezing and it took a little bit to get the air going on during the night. Would be helpful to have a few more towels in the bathroom too.
