Slightly outdated decor but in great condition.

The place is ok, rooms are spacious with clean and comfortable beds. Is an "old style" motel-type building and it shows its age, but is well maintained. Location is great. Cons: Small lobby and no breakfast area.

I was traveling alone and felt very safe. They were very nice and accommodating at check in. I was allowed to check into my room very early. It’s not fancy but it was as clean safe, comfortable and reasonably priced.

The location was perfect to attend the college graduation. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The last two times I have stayed here my tv did not work. Office was not open on a Saturday morning to drop keys off.

I stayed at College Inn Monmouth from June 1 to June 3 for a scheduled meeting and found the hotel to be a great choice for business travel. The property was clean, quiet, and conveniently located, allowing for easy access to key areas in Monmouth. Staff were professional and efficient, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to other business travelers visiting the area and plan to return in the future.

Rooms need to be updated badly. Stained carpets and walls.

Microwave, refrigerator, huge room, big bathroom, and the queen beds were big and so comfortable As soon as you walked in, it was not what I expected it was really nice

I stayed here for two nights while I was there for a Wedding in Independence, OR. The front desk clerk was very nice and allowed me to check in early. The hotel is older but well kept. I would love to see them add USB plugs to charge phones. I appreciated that they had a fridge and a microwave in the room. The area is perfect with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here if I come to the area again.
