Broken TV, broken coffee, pot, dirty, stinky, staff are hard to get a hold of

We didn’t like anything about the property. It’s a bad location in a bad neighborhood.

Overall the hotel is clean and affordable. A few negatives outlets are old and worn hard to locate any in room that phone charger wouldn’t fall out. With a few minor upgrades this place would be great!

It was just an average room. Nothing special but nothing bad either

Great location and value

Needed a night light of some sort. As it was either we listened to a loud bathroom fan or the very bright light in the sink area. We are old and it helps to see where one is going in the middle of the night.

GREAT shower pressure, king size bed was comfy (no fitted sheet, a flat one tucked in sufficed) CLEAN mini fridge; price wasn't outrageous, decent black out shades, room smalled nice upon entry.

Dirty and dated. No bottom sheet on the beds two top sheets were used.

I have so much to say. There was pee stains all over the floor, the tub was dirty, the carpet was shredded along the wall, and not to mention the smell of that room I could not get out of my clothes, and the TV was connected but was not working. My white socks were black after 10 minutes of going back and forth in the room. The staff was very friendly but that’ll only go as far as it does. I understand that it’s a budget friendly option and I def was not expecting a above and beyond stay because of that, but I’ve stayed in $50 rooms in/around Tacoma that have been much more presentable. All in all, if you have another option, I’d take it

Ok property, clean and spacious room, convenient location. Older hotel and room with no sign of updating. Stayed multiple nights, apparently you have to ask to have your room serviced.
