Breakfast was ok however, the hot food had been on display for a long time and as we were quite early, it was obvious that there should have only been a few of everything put out. Your wastage must be phenomenal. A chef appeared a few times, took the eggs away and then brought the same eggs back???? The bacon was extremely fatty and was undercooked. The drinks from the machine were only luke warm. My previous review of Aranjuez mentioned the lack of bottle water in the room. This had obviously not been addressed.

Massive comfortable bed, free upgraded room.

Spa was extra, Wi-Fi wasn't broadcasting guest SSID and the AC wasn't blowing cool air, its one of those either the whole hotel is warm or the whole hotel is cool systems. There is a control on the wall but id did jack sh!t.
