Nothing it was perfect. I know they say there’s a 150 steps but they are not hard to get up to and are staggered and it’s a beautiful walk up to get a great view

The location was nicely in the middle of Atrani, up quite a few steps though so would recommend future guests pay for a porter that can be organised through the accomodation. The views from the bedrooms were also spectacular. Felt there was enough room for the 3 of us.

There was no laundry liquid despite there being a washing machine. We presumed there would be and when we asked the accomodation they said if we wanted we needed to buy. Would advise future guests to bring their own. They also didn’t leave us with very much toilet paper. By the end of our trip we were down to the last roll. We asked the accomodation if there was spare but heard no response. Disappointing.

Spotlessly clean apartment with great view from the little balcony. Excellent host and lovely spacious bedrooms. Atrani is a great place to be with very nice cafe for breakfast in the square.

We loved the location. Atrani is a out of the hustle and bustle of some other towns on the coast but still a quick walk (and with it’s own bars and restaurants if you want to stay). The apartment is up a lot of stairs but we didn’t find it too bad—it helped us work off the pasta and wine! Amedeus was friendly and showed us how to find the apartment. The rooms were large and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable too. Views are gorgeous. We loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine.

The shower is small, which was okay for shorter guests but tricky for taller guests. Same with the ceiling on the stairs, the taller guest (6 ft 2) had to be careful not to hit his head). But overall this wasn’t a massive issue. Some more clarity around checking out would have been good. There were a couple of rules in a folder (washing up all your dishes, dealing with your own rubbish, cleaning down the stove top) but other signs said different things and it seemed like maybe we didn’t need to do these things. We did them just to be safe/not be charged a €50 clean up fee. Not a big deal but more clarity would be great. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Amazing views, lovely host

The town was great to be away from the tourists. Apartment was quiet and comfortable with a nice backdrop of the mountains. It was also very clean. The host met us in the plaza and brought us to his apartment (don’t think we could’ve find it ourselves!). Note that there is a fee if you arrive past a certain time in the evening to pick up the keys.

There were 3 of us and hot water was limited for showers. As others noted, there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment (the unit is also bi-level). After a day of walking/hiking, it can be tough to walk those stairs. Although the town felt safe, just want to highlight the stairs were through little quiet alleys. Our group was of 2 girls and 1 guy. I’m not sure I’d have wanted to walk the alleys if we didn’t have the male friend.
