Spacious room, clean, AC. AC is a must in Guayaquil with the humid heat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location conveniently located to Mall del Sol and other places. For the price there is alot of value. Recommend this place if you are on a budget.

The lobby and elevator are a little tight.

"Good enough for one night"

We were looking for a hotel close to the airport and this one is located perfectly for that, for a very good price! Room was big, offered a smart TV and fridge with water.

A little outdated, that's all.
