I paid a €50 deposit and was told it would be refunded at checkout. When I checked out, I was instructed to use the quick checkout by dropping the key in the box at the front desk, and they said the deposit would be refunded to my account. After one hour, I only received €37 back, with no explanation for the €13 deduction. I did not use the minibar or any other paid service during my stay. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. Any deduction from a deposit should be clearly explained to the guest... For that it is not recommended place to stay in.

leckeres Frühstück, sehr grosse Auswahl modernes Bad Sauberkeit Shampoo, Conditioner, Seife vorhanden nette Bar in der Lobby Snacks/Getränke können in der Lobby 24/7 erworben werden. Nettes Personal an der Rezeption.

Handtücher waren abgenutzt. Kissen im Bett zu weich für unseren Geschmack. Im Zimmer 216 war alle 10-13Sekunden ein Rattern zu hören, evtl. vom Aufzug? Man hörte um 5:53h ein Saxophon. Laute Klimaanlage. Für lärmempfindliche Menschen ist das Zimmer 216 aktuell nicht zu empfehlen.
