"Relax thermal bath in lovely town"

Such a lovely town and a wonderfully relaxing hotel! The thermal bath was incredibly relaxing, and the staff were absolutely amazing—so attentive and caring. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommended!

Der Barkeeper hatte absolut Spaß an seinem Job und hatte die Gäste abends an der Bar bezaubert. Auch Drinks die nicht auf der Karte standen wurden ermöglicht. Toller Service! Auch die Zimmer/Bad sind toll geworden nach der Renovierung sowie natürlich toller Sporttower und der Wellnessbereich mit dem Pool sind jederzeit eine Auszeit wert.

Die Lautstärke des Personals am Morgen in den Gängen und in der Lobby sowie das Fehlen einer Kaffeemöglichkeit vor 7 Uhr. Früher gab es Kaffeemaschinen auf den Zimmern = vielleicht als zubuchbare Option möglich?

"Zum ersten aber nicht zum letzten Male besucht!"

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit sehr guter Sportausstattung und Pool- und Saunaanlagen. Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Im Zimmer alles was man braucht vorhanden - vom Bademantel über Safe, Kühlschrank und Badetasche mit Handtüchern bis hin zu Bodylotion.

Mobiliar im Zimmer ist, außer dem Bett, bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ferner sind die Getränkepreise recht hoch.

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Das Personal am Empfang ist äußersr freundlich und bemüht. Preis-Leistung ok.

Beim Frühstück gibt es leider keinerlei frisches Obst (von einem fragwürdigen Obstsalat und ganzen Äpfeln abgesehen). Bei den zwei Kaffeemaschinen wird zwar penibel darauf geachtet, dass immer genug Tassen da sind, aber dass hier mal jemand einen Lappen nimmt und den Dreck rundum wegwischt, darauf kommt leider keiner. Sehr befremdlich haben auch viele Gäste reagiert (verständlicherweise), wenn das Servicepersonal die Tasse und Teller wegräumen, obwohl die Gäste noch was darin und darauf hatten. Hier ist man schon sehr übereifrig. Rundum ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, was sich leider an allen Ecken zeigt. Der Renovierungsstau ist enorm.
