Always friendly close to family

The manager or owner was very nice. Some of the front desk staff could use just a little training in social skills.

We were gone for three days and asked the room be cleaned (this hotel cleans on request). When we returned, the room was as we left it. I complained to the front desk and she said they would do it immediately as the cleaning crew was at the room next door. We left, came back three hours later to find no cleaning had been done. I asked for a different room and we moved.

I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come so I could check in. That was too long.

Staff (owners) were not friendly and no one at the front desk. Had to use a call but and wait. First floor room, the floor was ice cold.

The rooms, lobby and breakfast are were clean and didn't have a weird smell. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The onlyt disappointing thing was breakfast. It would have been nice to have hot breakfast options. Even a waffle maker if kitchen space isn't available.
